AGR Electrical came to my property many times and completed works to a very high standard. Steve has a great team working with him. I was glad that he looked around for the best lighting and informed me before fitting each unit. He is always there to pick up the phone and turns up when there is a problem, many times with no charge. You will find it very hard to get someone so nice and qualified now. Phoned AGR late on a Friday night during the bank holiday weekend as we had an emergency. They were on-site within half an hour and fixed the issue, then came back the following day to tidy it up and replace the damaged fixture. Absolutely cracking service and can’t fault them at all. Definitely recommend!
Phoned Steve in an emergency situation and he came round straight away. He could have easily taken the mickey with his fees, but was reasonable. Very knowledgeable, did the work to a great standard and gave lots of useful advice. Can put you in touch with other tradespeople who are quality and won’t rip you off. He’s now my “go to guy”.
Our fire alarm had been ringing for nearly 2hrs in a block of flats after the ceiling was leaking. Even rang the non emergency fire brigade for advice and they suggested ringing the property management which wasn’t open at 9pm. Rang this emergency electrician who was so unbelievably helpful and directed us how to unwire/unplug the fire alarm. We would have booked to stay in a hotel for the night if it hadn’t have been for this gent, so thank you very much!
AGR Electrical Ltd completed a warehouse for us and did a fantastic job. All work was done to a high standard. We asked for a good price and we got above what we ordered and all done on time. We will use AGR Electrical for all of our work in the future.
I called AGR during a Sunday evening emergency when Cadent Gas shut down the electrics after finding the gas mains/piping to be conducting a huge amount of electricity and my landlord not being there in our time of need. Steve came over within an hour so, diagnosed the situation and got to work doing what he could to restore heating and lighting on that cold evening and he worked through to about 1am. He noted many underlying problems and both a site inspection from NICEIC as well as an electrical condition report from an independent 3rd party confirmed his observations. If I need to hire electricians or recommend one to others, I would not hesitate in choosing AGR.
I phoned AGR Electrical at 1am in the morning and he was the only one that would come out to us as we had no electrical supply. He had to put a new fuse board in and he was here for 4 hours installing this but he was great. Lovely man that I would recommend to anyone. We have had no further problems and he is there if we need help unlike others that don’t answer and never come back. First class tradesman. Thank you so much Steve.
AGR Electrical came to us from the yellow pages and did loads of work for us. They completed the work over a weekend as we have children in the week and cleaned the whole place after. I cannot say enough about how good they were and how pleased we are to have them do the job and I hope more in the future.
We called AGR at short notice to do a full installation for us on three phase which they completed on time and saved us loads of money. Their overheads were very low and they gave us 6 months’ maintenance free.
AGR came out to put a new fuse box in for me and did a first class job. The work was finished in a week and they even cleaned all up after themselves – no tradesman has done that before. They are great at the job and give loads of information on saving energy.
